I was actually once a mad fan of blackberry, I was so crazy about it. I was ready to argue for blackberry anywhere and anytime. If you see me arguing for blackberry, you will think they are paying me.
Blackberry could actually compare to the big names like HTC, Samsung, IPHONE before but now I don't think so at all. To me blackberry is just like a normal phone now and going to tell you guys why I think so.
One thing that I know made Blackberry to belong was BBM(blackberry Messenger), but immediately they sold it to Android and Apple, I knew that was the end. How can you sell your most prized asset to your competitors? It doesn't make sense. When they released the Z10, I said to myself that blackberry could compare to the other big names. When the Z10 came out, it was actually the 11th best phone in the world on Tech Radar and that really convinced me. But after they released the Z10 and Q10, it's as if they don't want to compete with the big names. Reason being that after the Z10 and Q10, they haven't released any new phone that can compete with the best. Instead, they are releasing phones that are mini version of the Z10 and Q10 for example, Q5 and Z3. BlackBerry is becoming extinct and the only way they can revive is to release a killer phone. Look at Sony for example, they just released Xperia Z3 which is better than its predecessor(xperia Z2), BlackBerry released Z10 and Q10, then they released Q5 and Z3. It doesn't make sense how can you release a lower phone? Instead of tweaking the previous one.
Blackberry release new phones not to compete but just to stay in business.
